NYE Barrel House's Pre Fixed Dinner

Description

Bring in 2019 with style at Bainbridge Street Barrel House on New Years Eve this year.  Enjoy a five course gourmet meal along with a cheese course to satisfy your senses.  An optional beer, wine or cocktail pairing will also be offered.  After dinner, stick around to celebrate with the Tom Craig Band playing live and watch the ball drop.  A complimentary toast will be provided at midnight.  Tickets are only $75 plus tax and gratuity. 

New Years Eve Menu:

 first course:

smoked Brussels sprouts, roasted apple puree, caramelized onion, persimmon, crispy prosciutto

 second course:

sea bass, salsify, miso beurre blanc, asian pear

 third course:

house made bucatini,  lamb ragu, house ricotta, mint

 forth course:

grilled ribeye, lobster celeriac mash, artichoke hearts, champagne tarragon hollandaise

 cheese course:

3 cheeses, toast points, accompaniments

 fifth course:

Vasilopita (Greek  New Years cake) bread pudding with white chocolate, greek coffee ice cream, cranberry compote,  port wine reduction
